Subscriber Acknowledgement
When you start a DegenHedge free trial or subscribe to a signal plan, you confirm the four things below. Read carefully: by checking the agreement box at checkout, you're saying all four are true.

⚠️ 1. Risk Acknowledgement
DegenHedge sends market signal alerts on prediction markets (such as Kalshi). These are not financial advice, not a recommendation to trade, and not a guarantee of profit.
Prediction market positions can lose 100% of capital staked. Our published win rates describe historical signal performance — they do not promise your individual outcomes. Many signals lose. Past performance is not predictive of future results.
You are solely responsible for every position you open, the size you stake, and the timing of your entries and exits. Do not stake money you cannot afford to lose.
🔞 2. Age
You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
🌎 3. Jurisdiction
You understand that DegenHedge is a signal subscription service, not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, we do not hold customer funds, and we do not facilitate bets.
Where applicable to your local laws, you confirm you are not in a U.S. state or other jurisdiction where participation in the prediction markets we cover is restricted or prohibited, and you will not use our signals to place wagers through any platform that is illegal in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for knowing your local rules.
💳 4. Free Trial and Billing
You understand that your plan starts with a 30-day free trial and that a payment card is required to start it. Your card is stored by Stripe, our payment processor. You are not charged today.
You understand that at the end of the 30 days your card is automatically charged $4.99, the price shown at checkout, and then $4.99 every month until you cancel. We will email you at least 7 days before that first charge with the amount, the date, and a link to cancel.
You understand that you can cancel at any time by sending /manage to the Telegram bot that delivers your alerts, from your account page at degenhedge.com/account/, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing, with no fee of any kind. Cancelling after the trial has converted stops the next renewal and does not refund the month already paid. No refunds except as required by law.
You understand that a free trial is available once per person, that the subscription fee is a fee and not a hedge, and that a small fee does not make any signal less risky: every position you open during the trial can still lose 100% of what you stake.
